Privacy Policy and Terms of Service update
Announced: October 16, 2026 · Effective: October 16, 2026 (effective on the day of announcement)
Hello from SudaCall. Subscribers can now post text, photos and videos to avatar feeds, so we have updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service as follows.
What changed
- Text, photos and videos you post — We use your feed posts, posting time, nickname and profile photo, and report and safety-check results to publish posts, run automated safety checks and handle reports. They are deleted when you delete the post or your account (7 days after the request).
- Automated safety checks — Photos and videos you upload are checked automatically by OpenAI and Microsoft (Azure OpenAI); video audio is transcribed for checking. Photo and video files are stored in Google's Seoul, Korea region.
- Microsoft (Azure OpenAI) added — Microsoft is added as a processor and overseas transfer recipient for the primary path of call replies and for feed post checks. The resource is in Korea, but processing may take place in the United States and other regions.
- Posting terms (Article 8-2) — You keep the rights to what you post; we receive only the permission needed to show it within the service. It also covers prohibited posts, hiding, deletion, reports and how to ask for a review.
Article 8-2 covers the newly opened feed posting feature and applies to users who post with it from the time they post. The terms for calls and subscriptions are unchanged.
