Hello from SudaCall. We have added a provider for speech recognition (transcription) — turning what you say during a call into text — so we have updated our Privacy Policy as set out below. This update applies from today, the day it was announced.
| Document | Section | Change |
|---|---|---|
| Privacy Policy | Section 3 | xAI (SpaceXAI LLC) added as a processor — speech recognition (Korean-language calls and some calls in other languages, switching to another provider if it fails), conversation generation in some test calls run by the Company, country United States and others. A footnote sets out the processing region, retention, and no training |
| Privacy Policy | Section 3-1 | xAI (US and other countries) added to the voice row of overseas transfers, and xAI's 30-day retention added to the retention period |
| Privacy Policy | Sections 3 and 3-1 (brought in line with how it works) | OpenAI's entrusted work now includes speech recognition for some calls in other languages and as a fallback path |
| Privacy Policy | Section 10 | The 4 October 2026 revision added to the revision history |
You can keep using calls as before. Questions: sudacall@creamhouse.net · +82-2-508-2712. The Korean version is the governing text.
