앱을 이미 삭제했거나 접근이 어려운 경우, 가입에 사용한 계정의 이메일로 sudacall@creamhouse.net 에 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.
탈퇴를 요청한 날부터 7일 동안은 삭제를 미뤄 둡니다. 이 기간에 같은 계정(같은 구글·카카오·네이버·Apple 로그인)으로 다시 로그인하면 탈퇴 요청이 취소되고 기록·기억·구독·잔액이 그대로 복구됩니다.
7일이 지나면 매일 새벽 처리로 완전히 삭제되며(늦어도 요청 후 8일째), 그 뒤에는 복구할 수 없습니다. 유예 기간에는 통화·알림·안부 리포트가 모두 멈춥니다.

탈퇴하고 다시 가입해 무료 통화와 가입 혜택을 반복해서 받는 부정 이용을 막기 위해, 완전 삭제 뒤에도 아래 정보만 1년 동안 보관하고 자동으로 삭제합니다.
Google Play에서 결제한 구독은 계정을 삭제해도 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 삭제 전에 Play 스토어 → 프로필 → 결제 및 구독에서 수다콜 구독을 먼저 해지해 주세요.
아이폰 App Store에서 결제한 구독도 계정을 삭제해도 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 삭제 전에 기기의 설정 → 이름(Apple ID) → 구독에서 수다콜 구독을 먼저 해지해 주세요.
If you have already removed the app or cannot use it, email sudacall@creamhouse.net from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will process it after confirming it is you.
For 7 days after your request, deletion is on hold. If you sign in again with the same account (the same Google, Kakao, Naver, or Apple sign-in) during that time, the request is cancelled and your history, memories, subscription, and balance are restored exactly as they were.
After 7 days your account is deleted for good in a nightly job (at the latest on day 8) and can no longer be restored. While the request is on hold, calls, notifications, and check-in reports all stop.

To stop people from deleting and re-creating accounts to collect free call time and sign-up perks again, we keep only the following for 1 year after the account is deleted, and then delete it automatically.
A subscription bought on Google Play is not cancelled automatically when you delete your account. Before deleting, cancel it in Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
A subscription bought on the iPhone App Store is also not cancelled automatically. Before deleting, cancel it in Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions.
