Privacy Policy update notice
Posted: 10 October 2026 · Effective: 10 October 2026 (effective the day it is posted)
Hello from SudaCall. We updated our Privacy Policy as below to explain how we keep the auto-renewal consent you give when starting a paid subscription or free trial.
What changed
- We record your auto-renewal consent — when you agree that "after the trial, you are charged monthly; cancel any time" while starting a paid subscription or free trial,
we record your account identifier, the version of the wording, the product, the time of consent, your device type, and the app version.
- Kept for 5 years — this record is part of the contract and payment records kept as required by law (Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), so we keep it for 5 years even after you delete your account, then destroy it.
- This consent record is the only new item collected; the purposes of processing (performing the contract and handling disputes) did not change.
Changed sections
| Document | Where | What |
| Privacy Policy | Section 5 | Included the auto-renewal consent record in the contract and payment records kept for 5 years, including after account deletion |
| Privacy Policy | Section 10 | Added the 10 October 2026 revision to the revision history |
